Juan tested and found that the gas valve to our gas boiler was not responding. That part alone costs $500, instead Juan resettled & disconnected & reconnected it. He then tested it again and the valve started functioning. We hadn’t turned the boiler on after getting work the last plumber was horrible, he bled the system and the heating began to work!
