Naomi was our server and she was very sweet. The food was great and they even have a Mock-tail menu! We had veggie enchiladas, veggie pasta, and flan for dessert. If you're in the area for the Musems or Aquarium, this is a great spot that's smack-dab in the middle of West End.

aron and janet

Great service. Fajitas were great, smoked chicken salad was skimpy on the chicken and mostly spinach and onions, but still good. Arrived just before two and they switched to dinner menu even though hours state lunch served until 2:00. Busy holiday weekend.

zou noussa

The food was delicious and authentic and the service was excellent. Our server was an Indian lady was very kind she was very helpful with her recommendations. After we ordered the food me and my husband the lady came back in no time. We were very satisfied I definitely recommend it.

Luong Vu

Have a great experience in here! The food was great, and it is HUGE! The service is so nice, same as the staff— Ana! We can't finish salad as we order too much, I just wish my stomach was bigger so I can have more! Definitely will come back

Larry Geddes

The food might not look extraordinary but it certainly tastes that way. The restaurant claims to have the best Mexican food in Dallas and I have to agree. Exceptional. As was the service from Kevin! Professional, attentive, and friendly. The service is as good as the food. A five star experience in every way.

Yasha

Lovely, knowledgeable server. Easily the best Mexican food I've had even when ordering the salmon! They know their cuisine very well. Smokey salsa, delectable queso, and handmade guacamole. The perfect place for a date or for friends. The interior feels like you crossed straight into Mexico, and you might be inspired to go if you manage to make it as close as Texas!

Kayla Davis

My food was amazing. I loved everything I had to eat. The service itself was slightly slow but we had a big party so that’s ok. The food was made and brought out quickly after we ordered. Be aware that they don’t split checks for parties over 8, but they don’t have that on their menu or posted anywhere in the restaurant. I would definitely go back as the food was fantastic.

Meg Fulton

The pollo tacos were literally the most delicious tacos I've ever tasted. The combinaton of zesty and savory flavors was amazing, and I could tell how fresh the ingredients were. I also enjoyed trying pozole rojo for the first time. 10/10 and I'll be back again the next time I'm in Dallas!

Steven Gonzales

This was my first time coming to this restaurant and it was delicious...the roasted salsa and queso was really good, every plate that everyone had was unique and delicious as well, service was a little slow other than that but will definitely be back

Guillermo Dela Cruz

Delicious Mexican food and our server was great and fast. Highly recommend the chips and queso. It's an award-winning restaurant for a reason.

We had the brisket tacos and chicken chimichanga, skinny margaritas with Casaamigos tequila loved it all!! Our recent visit to Dallas, looking for Mexican food and found this place with great reviews, close to the Dallas Market, Rosa took Great care of us, made great recommendations, food was outstanding!!! We went early so not too busy, however the restaurant can seat over 300 people, everyone was very friendly, the food and margaritas were delicious!!! Next time in Dallas we’ll be back!!!

Chris Henderson

Popular Mexican food spot that's a fixture in the community. Everyone should add this place to their must try list. I enjoyed their chicken enchiladas and a margarita. My date had the Carne Asada and virgin pina colada.

We LOVE this place. They never disappoint. The atmosphere is nice and the food is amazing. Well worth the drive for us.

Great lunch outing! I got the fish tacos and my friend got an a-la-carte order granted him by our accommodating waitress. The decorations are awesome and they have a little tortilla making booth which is a must see. If you have a large party, you can reserve their private party room (pictured).

Dee S

We ordered from Mariano's for a lunch event at work. This is not the first time we've ordered from here but I'm always consistently surprised by how tasty their food is.Their service was great and everything I had, including dessert was delicious. I certainly plan to keep ordering or dining from here.

Patricia Rios

Best table side guacamole in town. (Besides my own). Awesome Mango Margaritas 🙂. Always a great experience. Our server remembers us. Great job Ms. Sylvia!!

Frida McKenzie

So so good. A little expensive but the food and drinks don’t disappoint.

Gage

Mariano’s uses excellent, high quality meat for all of their fajitas. Extremely delicious! Drinks were very good as well, very strong. Got the Mariano’s margarita and the Mexican martini (not on menu but you can ask for it). Great Tex mex!!!

Christina Avenoso Martucci

When in Texas, gotta have TexMex and this place was fantastic. Mia's Platter was excellent to share, the Queso Chorizo was so good, and last but definitely not least the brisket tacos were amazing.

Benjamin J. Hayford

Mia’s has an unassuming presence, with excellent service and incredibly delicious food! I enjoyed beef and cheese quesadillas with guac, sour cream, and rice and refried beans, along with brisket taco on the side.

Karen Luise Fields

Mia's has been a staple in Dallas and a beacon from my youth into adulthood! Consistent is the term I would use for the quality, atmosphere, and price. Of course, inflation has happened to everyone but they compensate with good portions to balance it out! The drink menu is full of tasty treats and they will even let you experiment on occasion with the margarita recipes! Great for lunch, dinner, family special occasions or just hanging with friends! FYI- the valet service is cash tip only.

James Moore

I have a new favorite Mexican food restaurant. Brisket tacos are outstanding. We shall return. 30 minute drive but, it's well worth it.

Enjoyed lunch it in the patio area. Was a little cool outside, but they have tableside heat, which was great. For a sampler platter and everything was delicious. Chips and salsa and margaritas are great as well. The waiter was attentive, and he didn't forget about us on the patio. We did pay $5 to valet park, which is good because there isn't a lot of parking close by.

Loren C

Fast service and great atmosphere. I walked in with my mom Saturday around 3pm and there was no wait. The only vegan options this restaurant offers is veggie tacos and beans. The rice is not vegan according to the chef. The margaritas are delicious. My mom loved her food. We will definitely be returning.

Annabel Vasquez

They were fast, friendly, and very accommodating! They sang Happy Birthday to my mother and she had a great birthday our server, Bardomiano, for the Oak Lawn location was very helpful and pleasant!

Jordan Lankhorst

Get the Campuzano’s Smokin Margarita. 👌 Chips were fresh and I loved their trio of salsas to go with the chips. Filled up before an excellent meal, per usual. Interesting music, from Whitney and LeAnn Rimes to traditional mariachi, but definitely would go back. Note: I believe $5 Valet is required, even though they park your car right next to the restaurant.

Vipin C Mohan

Amazing Mexican food near Dallas downtown. Tried chimichangas with beef, was really good. Recommended 👍

The hand made tortillas are amazing as is all the authentic dishes. Awesome margaritas, cold beers and the patio is great in nice weather.

Stumbled upon this no frills, hole-in-the-wall, family style Mexican restaurant. Busy place but they try to space out as much as they can but I guess food here is so good and people keep coming in. Very friendly waiters. You get free flow chips as you are seated and their salsa is out of this world delicious with a nice kick of spiciness. We saw that portions here are huge so decided to share the Plato Grande Combo so we get to try everything. We were not disappointed...love the gentle heat that permeates throughout the dish. Will definitely return to try other dishes on the menu.

Cory Furr

Wonderful establishment! Small and cozy. Very nice home feel. Add to its character. Quick and nice staff. Food is delish! Well priced and beers cold. These chips and salsa though. WARNING their salsa is SPICY!! I love spicy and my mouth was cookin! Delicious salsa but I recommend getting your drink before you dig in. You WILL thank me. Definitely will be back! Parking is a little tight but there is some. Great find!

Douglas Velek

I had the pulled pork tacos. They were loaded with pork and cheese. It came with pico de gallo + guacamole. I was stuffed. 2 was enough, I can't imagine eating 3. The rice and beans a good combination. Salsa is Spicy! Oh yeah!

J

Really excellent TexMex! Chili gravy for the enchiladas was perfect. Queso is fantastic. Brisket anything is wonderful. Service was great, really friendly staff. Enjoyed and definitely will return.

Bret Holland

We love Mi Cocina but especially love all the severs!! For dining in the first floor the absolute best is Sunny!! If you’re interested mainly in drinks then I’d suggest the upstairs Monkey Bar with Sanchez, Pancho and Christian!

I had a very delicious experience tonight. I was in other Mi Cosinas before but this one was the best. I'm vegetarian (no carb too) and I am very careful about my health but I don't have any doubt to come back here. Really cool ambiance. It is dark but great for a date night setting. Got the fajita feast (chicken steak shrimp) and carnitas fajitas. Everything was so yummy and big portion. I'd say full portion feeds 2 people. My favorite was the steak. A little on the pricier side but expected for the upscale feeling. Highly recommended for Tex Mex!

Randall Dobard

Food, drinks, service, atmosphere were all a vibe. Definitely will come back when I’m in town. Pretty pricey but nice Hispanic restaurant.

P C

Outstanding! One of the best Tex-mex restaurants in the metroplex. You have to stop by for lunch or dinner. Great service with a wonderful menu selection. Spicy margarita is excellent. Don’t pass up the Waygu beef fajitas, queso, and shrimp skewers. Fast service, chips and salsa delivered as you sit down. The staff is attentive and works hard to make your experience truly remarkable. Management regularly checks to see how things are going. They take great pride in getting it right. Great vibe and atmosphere.

Argustic Dunbar

Took my wife here tonight for date night and we really enjoyed the ambience. The drinks were okay, but the salsa and the queso and the rest of the food was delicious.

Miles Hawley

First time dining at this restaurant and it was fantastic. I’ve been looking for a new Tex Mex place and my best friend found it The experience was great itself! There was one hiccup with glass being in my margarita but the server and the manager were so very empathetic and apologetic. The morale here is great. I can’t wait to come back!

The queso is phenomenal!!! It's a "if I was stranded on an island and could only eat queso" type of queso! The tacos and horchata were also very good! Nice spot for a quick bite with a friend after visiting the art fair.

Nathan Dunkley

This place is amazing. I travel for work so I get to eat out a lot and these tacos are so good. I had 3 barbacoa tacos cooked to perfection and 2 al pastor tacos that were amazing as well. Of course go with cilantro, onions and cabbage on top. Their salsas are some of the top salsas I've tasted as well. Way to go everyone who works so hard to make this a great restaurant!
