Food was very good, we got the San Antonio bowl and the loaded kimchi fries and both were delicious! I liked mixing the kimchi into my bowl for some extra crunch and flavor. I also liked that they add a lot of sauce and they have sriracha and soy sauce available at the counter if you need any and are good about having to-go lids and containers if you decide to take your meal home. Highly recommend making a visit to this place.

Hot Joy is incredible. Cocktails are absolutely top notch, and the food is phenomenal. You can't got wrong with anything from either menu, food is family style and their happy hour is legit. I suggest going the "Oh Captain, my Captain" route on the happy hour menu, so the bartender chooses what to make you. Home run every time.
I love Asian fusion! This place was fantastic! Fun atmosphere, great service and the food did not disappoint! Great service from Russel our server, his recommendations of the spam fried rice and twice fried wings were my fav! I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town! I could write another paragraph on how good the drinks were!

This place exceeded my expectations!! I asked my waitress for a recommendation and she suggested the jae yuk bokeum which was AMAZING, it was so tender and just dripping with flavor. It also came with all the sides so I basically got the full Korean BBQ experience but they cooked the meat for me and damn it was good, literally the only reason I didn't lick the plate was because I was in public but it was a close call

This was our first time at this location, we have been to the one in Huebner. This branch takes the cake! The service at this location was excellent. The person attending to us, Larry, was attentive without hovering. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were even offered if we needed anything else without even asking. The cuts of the meat here definitely looks and tastes better than the other location. We will definitely come back!

Like most good places you can expect a wait but it’s definitely worth the experience. Our server had a great personality and good people skills. It’s all you can eat but make sure you don’t over order because they can charge you extra per pound of food you waste. The grill and hot pot are amazing and I would definitely recommend trying the seasoned meets first. Oh and you can’t forget the way the celebrate someone’s birthday!
The food was delicious and the service was pretty amazing. Get here early though because the wait for a table on a Saturday was over an hour and they don't take reservations. Definitely a great experience if you have never had hot pot or Korean BBQ. My only gripe was the amount of times they walked around the restaurant doing the bday celebrations. Literally every 3 or 4 minutes they would start yelling across the busy already loud room. Wasn't that big of a deal to be honest though. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully during a less busy night!
Our group came in today to celebrate a birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The hot pot was amazing and our server ann gave us some delicious drink recommendations that we absolutely loved. The environment and restaurant were very nice and clean. This will be one of our go to spots in the future and i would highly recommend trying it!
First time visiting and this place is awesome. We did the hot pot and BBQ and all of it was amazing. The service was incredible and the attention to detail was unmatched. Our server was brilliant and attentive. He explained everything to us thoroughly. All the this place gets really busy and the wait can be long, it is well worth it in the end. I am absolutely a return customer.

We ordered a bunch of stuff and everything was fresh, delicious and arrived on clean eatery. A true diamond in the rough here ladies and gentlemen.

I come here very often and always happy with my food and service! The sides are always so good; however, I just want the restaurant to be aware that the past 3 times I have gone, the rice been too mushy/clumpy. I hope they can figure this out because the rice is the best part to pair with the meats. Also the egg was a little too salty this time. This is the first time I have any type of complaint but I know they have a new cook too so I understand.
The food was good. The portions are superb. I saw people not seasoning their meat. How odd. There are spices and sauces on the table for a reason!Get that little saucer, add the flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix it up, add the meat in it, grill. So good! Thanks for curing my cravings.

Everything was great! We had a wonderful dinner experience, the food was delicious and our server Shin was amazing! He was so helpful and really fun to talk to. He helped us find a wine that we loved, then took time to help us figure out what on the menu we would enjoy. All the meats were very good. The sides were equally as good, everything was incredibly fresh and tasted great. I recommend 100%!!!!!
My husband and I stopped in for a date night. It was a very nice quiet Monday evening. We ended up eating only 1 round of the all you can eat and were STUFFED.The staff went out of their way to adjust our bill so we were charged accordingly. They absolutely did not have to do that. We really appreciate the staff and Managment for surprising us and doing that. We will be back! The food was Delicious, we loved the Atmosphere, our servers were so Attentive. It was an amazing date night. <3
Went here a lil while back and wanted to let everyone know that is looking for good Korean food and great service to check this place out. We had Christine as our server and not only was she outstanding but the place gave good vibes and I will always always recommend a good clean place that looks well taken care of by management. Apparently, she also told us it's a karaoke bar at night or something along those lines so if that's your thing check it out. Maybe I will one day, but I'm perfectly satisfied with the food. Delicious.

I never right reviews but I was reading them and got really frustrated. This is by far the best Korean restaurant I’ve been to. Unlike all of these restaurants other reviews I am Korean. This tastes just like authentic Korean food. I loved place by far myself and my family’s favorite Korean restaurant ever. The service was amazing she does all this herself and in 5 minutes we got both of our appetizers. I recommend This place if you want real Korean food, and not the American Korean bbq places.
We have been going here for years and always had a great food experience. The bento boxes are great for the smaller appetite and when one is in a rush. The pork Begolki has been my go-to for years, delicious and plenty of it. Ask for the Kimchi cucumbers, and with a bit of luck, she will bring some. Don't expect the best service, she (the owner and chef) can be a bit harsh, but the food makes more than up for that.
