Rich and flavorful broth with an excellent dip. My favorite part was the kimchi as I ate two dishes of it. The mineral water is a nice touch. My only gripe is the metal chopsticks are much more difficult to use versus wooden; they are classy though.

Gavin Haynes

Great food. Our table ordered a sharing bowl as well as an individual. Both were tasty, however I'd recommend the individual portions as they seem to pack more of a flavor punch. Unassuming environment but worth visiting!

Lee Jisu

Extremely recommend this authentic korean restaurant!!!! Seok Uh tastes so great and the ingredients are really plentiful so I couldnt even finish one, and everybody here is really friendly and kind Im so impressed

Nam Phan

Great food, no doubt. However, space is small and the food price has double since the last time we have been here. Portion is still the same size.

Lennart Wong

This was a soup specially restaurant. We ordered #7 and #8. The latter one was spicy. Both were really good but I liked #8 better, more and stronger favor. #7 was more on the subtle side comparatively. There were a lot of beef ribs! My friend and I both had 2 big ribs and there were still 2 ribs left. They were super busy to provide a lot of service. But the robot server was pretty cool! Love to come back again.

Stephanie Cuadros

Have been coming to this place for a while and they never fail!! If you don’t like the menu you could even create your own! Very tasty and fresh tasting/looking veggies with all the flavor, recommend!

Jake Carlson

We got the Orange Bop and the Glass Noodles w/ Tofu. They were both breat and the price was pretty good too!

Gloria Standifer

WOW!! what an amazing discovery. My first time having Korean food. The coconut curry was so delicate and tasty. Loved the spicy curry sauce.

Matina B

I love this place! I've had their kimchi fries, wings, and kimchi bowls and everything is good. Its always fresh and they have good customer service.

Conveniently situated west of Dallas North Tollway at the intersection of Lemmon Avenue and Wheeler Street. Place your order online for easy carryout!

Atmosphere is not a priority when I eat out. The cliche, don't judge a book by its cover, applies to so many restraunts. K-Pop was a small restraunt in a business building. The food was phenomenal. My colleague and I had a variety of dishes. Way too much to eat but it was good. Service was quick. I forgot to look at the receipt after we ordered. The cashier noticed I was charged twice for a meal. He fixed it immediately. Those little things mean a lot. Try them out to decide for yourself.

Jalyssa James

This is one of my favorite spots to get ramen. It’s a cute and cozy spot, the service is always good, and the food never misses on flavor. I always get the lobster garlic miso. The shrimp tempura bao buns are also amazing. The garlic miso and the kpop ramen are also good! And they’re open late!

LIZ

Honestly, I love everything about this joint. Food was flavorful and fresh. They had a real cute K-pop vibe going on - K-pop music videos going on and anime. They also had Korean drinks! I highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Evelyn Valdez

I’ve been coming here since I was a sophomore in high school in 2019and have loved it all these years. Delicious food and great service. I loved seeing the place grow and develop over the years and can’t wait to see it grow more.

Jeff S

I can't believe I've never left a review here. This is one of my favorite places to eat and it's local to my neighborhood so I can walk here! I highly recommend the dry vegetarian ramen. So good!! Love the atmosphere, the food, the staff, always leave happy and full. Definitely check it out!

Indulge in the unique and delicious Korean flavors of our signature fried chicken—come and savor the excellence!

Cory von Seggern

No.1 Chicken offers a genuine taste of Korean cuisine with their spicy tteokbokki and crisp fried chicken. The rice cakes in the tteokbokki had the right amount of chewiness and the sauce provided a nice level of spice. The fried chicken, both the classic and glazed, had a good crunch and were well-seasoned. It's a solid spot for those looking to enjoy straightforward, tasty Korean dishes.

Amanda McVey

Delicious and cozy. Highly recommend the yangyum for the most delicious sauce! We ordered the soju cocktail and they gave us so much I almost couldn’t finish all of it even with a bit of help 😁 also the bone bucket on every table is great.

Brady Schappert

The absolute best KFC I've ever had. I searched for korean gochujang wings and found this place. The Yangyeum is so delicious, I binge ate here for months. I love the levels of heat and get the extra spicy, which is a perfect amount of spice n sweet. There is always plenty of sauce and I dip the curly fries in it. I cannot wait to try the kimchi fries. The atmosphere is pleasantly dim and they serve beer.

Sohail B

Our favorite Korean fried chicken in Dallas! Super crispy and then juicy on the inside. The green onions dish is perfection!

Hollis McAllister

Such a treat. We got the sampler spice level 3. We probably could have handled 4, but 3 was perfect to still enjoy all of the deliciousness.

Aisa Winter

This place is AMAZING. We keep coming back every weekend. This restaurant is the best Korean BBQ in Dallas! The service couldn’t be any better, the food is fresh and testy, atmosphere is good too.

Manuchehr Habibi

I came here due to a high Google review rating. They did not disappoint. We were welcomed to a pre-set table with all the sauces and appetizers. The waiter was courteous, knowledgeable, and did not disrupt our dinner unnecessarily. Definitely coming back. Meats were delectable.

Hannah De Leon

First time trying this place. Absolutely loved it! The food was great- especially the beef brisket, fish cake, and japchae. But the best thing is the service itself. Our server was SOOO attentive, she frequently checked on us and made sure we’re taken care of. I never write reviews but I just had to for this place. I’m very satisfied with my visit. Can’t wait to come back again!

Chivonne Nicole

I had never eaten at a Korean BBQ place before but this place was awesome! I loved the all you can eat aspect. The servers were very attentive and consistently changed the grill. The food was amazing, even cooking it ourselves! I want to try a local Korean BBQ place but if I ever go back to the DFW area, I'd go back here without question!

Gabby Brown

I stumbled in by accident, but had a great time. It truly is authentic Korean food. I enjoyed the beef bulgogi.

Great Korean food. Love the side dishes that came with the meal and everything was so tasty and perfectly spiced. I really like purple rice so I'm ecstatic that they have it here!! 10/10 would come again 🙂

This was a really neat and unique experience. All you can eat and large portions where they also keep the food coming. You cook on a table grill and they even change the plates for the grills out frequently so they stay fresher. Overall a great dining experience.

Philip Suomu

Excellent Korean BBQ and Shabu Shabu. Friendly staff and great service. I'm impressed how often they came by to clean the dishes and to change the grill. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Thien Le

The food was amazing. The quality of the meat was excellent. I’m from small city of Louisiana where no restaurants like this to be found so I enjoyed the meal so very much. I stayed at Dallas just 5 days but I came here twice for dinner. The service was excellent. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Love this restaurant so much! Best dumplings I've had in so long, so crispy. And their Kimchi-Jjigae tastes so good! The owner is really nice. Highly recommend when traveling to Plano. Would definitely be back for more of their tasty food.

Andrew A (sleepnclass)

Wow. Food was really good. I got the stone pot Bibimbap. Tasted incredibly fresh. The meat was well seasoned. The nice man at the counter provided fast service. I've been twice and feel like I'll be a regular here. Their siracha sauce tastes homemade and excellent.

Ann Kim Tenhor

Jinmi has fresh, great food, and the owners are very nice. I had the Bibimbob two days in a row, and the tonkatsu yesterday. Very thin and just the right amount of crispy.

Billion Fortune

I love this small restaurant. It’s a hidden gem for sure. The cute couple make decent food. The owners are super nice and sweet. They seem so genuine. I can eat here everyday.

After a first few bites of food, immediately decided that I will have to come back. With several korean restaurants in the area, this is a good one. You can tell that the food is good, as most of the people eating here were local Koreans. The soup was a bit spicy for an american palate, however very tasty. The fish was outstanding. If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit here. The prices seem reasonable for the portion sizes.

Ramosramospepe Frausto

What a delight of a place, everything was fabulous, I loved the food 🥡 very delicious, everything, super good service and fair price for the fabulous food they serve there. I recommend it. I have visited several Korean places but this one surpasses everything. Thank you for pampering your customers. I wish you very much. success always keep it up and come back not once but several times

Flash Masterson

Amazing food with authentic taste! The Galbi ribs are a bit on the pricey side, but once you taste them you will immediately know the quality is well worth the price you paid! Photo shows that I ate them to the bone. Yummy.

Nguyen Nguyen

Self service thus tip is optional. Order a combo w Bulgogi, lots on plate so fed enough 2 ppl, price is reasonable. Staff are nice.

Don Weaver

I visited Hot Stone & Kitchen for the first time and ordered the Fried Pork Cutlet, which I found to be delicious. The staff was attentive and provided great service. I am definitely planning to revisit this restaurant!

OMG. Went there for the first time today with my family. We got the beef, chicken, spicy chicken steamed rice and one other dish I can’t remember. It was unbelievably delicious. I’ve traveled to Seoul Korea many times. This is the exact same as the meals I enjoyed from SamWon Garden in Seoul. I will be returning ASAP

Schona Kessler (Photographer Duncan OK)

So much flavor here. Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. A little skimpy on food for the prices but very delicious.

Juan Torres

Excellent!!! I've had Korean Bar-B-Q before stateside and at Japan and have never had bulgogi like this before. I ordered the #2 Spicy Bulgogi and devoured it. Each piece of the spicy bulgogi was flavorful and aromatic. When in the area, this place is sure to be on my list of places to eat at.

Francisco Leung

This restaurant is really good. Nice and clean and the food is great! We ordered Japchae, Bibimbap, Bulgogi Beef, Chicken Breast, and Dumplings. It looks family-owned and the staff was very nice. The only downside was that we came on a Saturday and they open at 1:00 PM.

Elizabeth Marshall

Yum!! My husband, two friends, and I loved our experience at CJ’s. The staff is friendly (Kudos to Tyler who hooked us up with some fried dumplings) and so helpful, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect. Love the authentic food! We ordered a little of everything but my favorites were the spicy pork Bulgogi and the beef Bulgogi. Great miso soup as well. They definitely have permanent customers from all of us!

High quality meat cuts, different from the usual KBBQ chains. Very well ventilated. Charcoal grill.

너무 맛있어요!! Very good spot. Everything was clean and service was spectacular. I believe we were served by the owner and he was very kind. The food was delicious and filling. If you have never tried Korean yellow pickled radish (the yellow on the plate) it’s very good with the dumplings. We ordered shrimp and beef dumplings. Shrimp tasted fresh and beef was marinated perfectly.

Simon Delgado

This place is so fire! I definitely recommend if you want some great dumplings. The kimchi dumplings were my favorite.

Serena Chan

Amazing Korean BBQ, better than Omi and they have cold noodle and bibmbop full bowl that comes with the meal. The older Korean person that works there is very nice and very kind, and the staffs there especially the waitress. Went on Friday 12/1/2023 and now today Tuesday 12/5/2023 another time with my wife. Very delicious. You all reading this need to come and try.

Juan Chavira

WOW!!!!! I had a Korean friend of mine take me here to show me real authentic Korean food, and I am blown away! To be honest, I can't even remember the names of the dishes so I will refrain from embarrassing myself, so I will let my pictures speak for themselves. EVERYTHING was delicious. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot!

Andy Kahn

The food and experience was great. Loved the various meats and sides. It was fun to have the food cooked in front of us at the table and learn about the food. Was cooked to each person’s preference (medium rare vs well done). We appreciated the suggestions on what to try and which sauces/sides went well with each meat. We will be back with more family and friends!

Jean Desaix Labatte

The only place I could find with 매운 갈비찜 (Maeun Galbi-Jjim). Excellent dish if you like spicy soup with short rib beef.

David K

One of my favorite places to eat very high quality Korean BBQ. Today just ate light with kimchi jigae (kimchi stew) and spicy galbi jjim (spicy short ribs). Both highly recommend. Food and banchan (side dishes) are good. Service is good as well.

Jenny Mai, Realtor

A lot of side dishes and good ones too like the white seaweed salad in mayo that our server said it’s coleslaw. I always get Yuk ghe yjang $17 whenever a restaurant have it. Big serving and purple rice is available and side dishes are big and abundant

Khristine MyxWorld

Delicious!!! Authentic Kimchie is the best here. Would love to go back. Excellent customer service. Fine, clean environment and good space. Soup were delicious too. 😋😋😋 Worth the price.

Mario Rodriguez

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday as a recommendation from a Korean friend, and we were not disappointed! Our waiter, Trey, took the time to explain everything to us, from the beer to what each dish contained. We were very impressed with the level of service and quality of the food. Not gonna lie, it is pricey but totally worth it for a special occasion.
